The role is for Team Manager in the South Assessment Service based at SJRW in Arnold – the Service is extremely busy – there is an expectation that when on duty the Team Manager is based in the office. There is some flexibility for working from home. The following is a brief overview of what the role involves –
Undertaking the tasks of a duty manager/applying thresholds
Providing support/guidance and direction to staff
Supervision of staff
Progression of cases within tight timescales
Supporting colleagues
Attending meetings
Development of the Service
