Medway Council are looking for an Experienced Social Worker for the Assessment Team.
Substantial experience in Assessment is essential and must be able to have access to a car.
The Successful candidate must be able to work proactively with children and families using the Signs of Safety practice model, in order to effectively understand and assess their needs and risks, and provide a clear plan in response, which may transfer to a social work team for a statutory intervention, facilitate access to early help, or signpost to other community based services.
