Tempest Executive are currently recruiting for a Senior Commissioning and Project Manager for a London Borough. We are looking for an experienced operational commissioner, who will work on the Learning Disability and Autism Programme (Transforming Care) agenda across both Adults and Children social care.
Some of the duties in the role will include
Attendance at CETRs, following up actions from CETRs, and facilitating joint working across team/services in relation to CETRs
Support the setting up and coordination of the children’s Dynamic Support Register
Be a link with the NHS Learning Disability and Autism Programme – including attending meetings, completing actions as necessary, providing information and data to the wider NEL programme, and bringing back information and learning to the place based partnership
Support the local and regional work on LeDAR and STOMP/STAMP as required
Support the delivery of Annual Health Checks for people with a learning disability from the commissioning perspective, working with clinical leads to ensure quality standards and targets are met
Lead projects, commissions or improvement programmes, and contribute to the delivery of larger programmes of work
