Stockport council are currently looking for an experienced children’s disability social worker, who wants to work in a relational and systemic model of social work to join our children with disabilities social work team. Stockport is a co-located and integrated service, working closely with their partners within a model of restorative practice to deliver the very best outcomes in partnership with their children and families. We have visible leadership with a permanent team leader and service leader and hybrid and flexible working.
