Team Manager

Blackpool Council is currently looking for an Experienced Team Manager required in Adult Community Social Work Team. The Adults Locality Social Care Management service is made up of physical disabilities, older adults with mental health, specialist LD team & hospital discharge that all work closely together. 

The Team Manager will have experience in robust staff support and operational management tasks including work allocation, duty management cover, authorisation of work, commissioning, HR tasks, professional supervision, decision making, safeguarding work, multi agency working, legal literacy.
